Delivery Charges (Postage & Packaging): UK ONLY
£8.45 - Royal Mail Special Delivery (Max 20kg) - 3-5 working days (14 working days for bespoke orders)
Your chocolate goodies will be sent tracked via Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 working days but please order in good time as we are unable to accept responsibility for a delayed parcel due to circumstances out of our control. If you’re not in when the delivery arrives, Royal Mail will leave a card giving information on alternative collection options. If you don’t think you’ll be in for a delivery, please let us know where Royal Mail can leave your parcel instead i.e. with a neighbour, around the back of your property etc. We aim to send out orders within 3 days of ordering. During peak seasons: Easter and Christmas however, waiting time might be a little longer.
Deliveries are NOT made on Bank Holidays or Weekends

Hot Weather During hot weather, we may need to delay your order until more appropriate temperatures are attained. If this is necessary, you will be informed. We will not despatch any orders on a Friday during these conditions.
